Couples looking for a charming getaway
The front desk staff treated us like royalty, totally accommodating our late checkout request. The coffee shop attendant were pretty good, getting us a warm drink when we needed it just before heading out.
It sure wasn't cheap but we found it acceptable.

Really enjoyed Cape May, the hotel was beautiful and quiet in the middle of jackson. The location was great, for example, a Victorian house museum was not very far from the property. Further, it was close to the ocean and the beach.
There were no amenities.

I had a delightful stay! The warm fire in the lobby was so inviting, and the linens were top-notch. Although there were no chairs in the room to enjoy the ocean view, it added to the character. I'd stay here again!

The location was perfect for beach walks and bike rides were a blast. The staff was really cute, and the room had a cozy, vintage charm that added to our family vibe.
My kids wished the pool area had more supervision or safety measures. It felt a bit chaotic with little ones running around. A bit more attention to that would certainly enhance the experience for families.

The staff at the Inn were really good, particularly Anna in the restaurant and Jason at the door, who provided excellent service. I appreciated the complimentary beach tags and chair/umbrella rental, which enhanced my overall experience. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options.
The room had multiple maintenance issues and was overpriced for the quality.

We explored the waterways by renting kayaks and fueled up with delicious breakfast options at the restaurant. It was great to stroll around the area and enjoy everything close by. Keep in mind parking is free, a nice perk for groups.
One downside was the noise from the lobby area, made it hard to sleep at night. If you're sensitive to sound, request a quieter room away from the commotion.
